"Account" means the registered member account created by you on the bara234 Platform.
"Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds.
"Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin entitlement, cashback award, or other non-cash incentive credited to your Account by bara234 in connection with a promotion.
"KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process we are required to conduct to comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) obligations.
"MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which the Platform operates for Malaysian members.
"Platform" means the bara234 website, mobile site, any downloadable application, and all features, games, and services offered therein.

In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) specifies the total bet amount required relative to the bonus amount. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement requires total bets of MYR 1,500 before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

bara234 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any wager at its discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Bets placed are binding once confirmed by the Platform system. In the event of system error or technical fault, bara234 may void affected bets and return stakes, or settle at the correct odds, at the Company's reasonable discretion.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, per game, and per event, and are displayed at the point of wagering. These limits may be adjusted at bara234's discretion without prior notice, including the application of individual account betting limits where the Company dems appropriate.
Bets placed at odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a data feed error, technical fault, or human error ("palpable error") may be voided by bara234 at its discretion, with stakes returned to the member's Account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed by the Platform.

Any bet that we have reason to believe is connected to insider information, match-fixing, or any other sports corruption will be voided and the matter referred to the relevant sporting authority and law enforcement agency. We co-operate fully with recognised sports integrity bodies.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bara234 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. bara234's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are published in English, which shall be the governing language of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
